3 ingredients diet pancakes

A simple low calorie recipe. All of this has about 250-300 calories, so you can eat them without remorse. I recommend to use as topping 1 teaspoon of honey and fresh strawberries or apple slices. I liked it very much.


2 eggs

1 ripe banana

1 pinch of ground cinnamon


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Bake in a non-stick pan until golden brown. (in the same way as you bake normal pancakes) (or spray a normal pan with oil spray)
