A very quick and delicious recipe made out of just 2 ingredients. You can snack on the remaining pineapple.
chicken breast (100 grams chicken / skewer)
fresh pineapple (or canned)
HOW TO PREPARE IT
Dice the chicken and mix in a bowl with salt and spices to taste.
Dice the pineapple.
Assemble the skewer, alternating a piece of chicken breast with a piece of pineapple.
Place on grill or fry in a pan (if large enough) sprayed with oil. Cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on all sides.
