Diet chicken wrap

A quick recipe and a much healthier one than if you buy it from a fast-food. It successfully replaces a diet meal, with around 300-400 calories.

Ingredients (2 servings)

2 tortillas

400 g chicken breast

1/2 red bell pepper

1 tomato

1 small onion

1 cucumber

4 lettuce leaves

100g mozzarella

Optional: dietetic mayonnaise


1. Cut the pepper and cucumber into strips, the onion julienne and the tomato into slices.

2. Dice the chicken breast, season to taste and place it into a frying pan sprayed with a bit of oil or place it on the grill (recommended) low to medium heat until evenly cooked on all sides. In the end add shredded mozzarella and leave it until it starts to melt.

(Heat the tortillas as specified on the package.)

3. Assemble tortillas. (You can spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on the tortilla, no more because it has a lot of calories.) Top with half of the quantity of chicken breast and mozzarella and half of the vegetables.

4. Roll into a wrap (you can use foil to secure the base).

Repeat the procedure with the next tortilla.
