Anti-Cellulite Diet Plan


Far from being a strict diet with allowed and forbidden foods, the anti-cellulite diet plan is based on improving the quality of the food we are eating and on the reduction of the quantity. Here is what you have to do to get rid of the cellulite:

  1. Reduce fat intake. With 9 calories per gram, fat is the biggest enemy of the silhouette. A table spoon of olive oil, a cube of butter or 2 table spoons of sour cream fully cover the daily fat requirement. Any excess will go straight to your hips.
  2. Completely eliminate sugar and sweets. These contain only empty calories (4 calories per gram), they do not contribute with any nutrients to the body, they just bring pleasure to the brain. Avoid adding salt to foods. A lot of the things we eat are already salted during the manufacturing process (cheese, bread, canned foods, products), and others contain natural salt (milk, vegetables). Replace the salt that you use for cooking with aromatic plants or spices.
  3. Replace sodas with water and make sure that you drink at least 2 liters per day. Coffee and tea can still be a part of your daily diet, because they have a diuretic effect. Alcohol must be eliminated because it is a excellent “catalyst” for converting food calories into fat, besides the fact that it has 7 calories per gram.
  4. Try to resize your portions and don’t forget: the ideal plate has a 20 centimeter diameter, half must be filled with vegetables, a quarter with protein (meat/cheese/eggs), and the other quarter with slow carbohydrates (bread/rice/pasta). A correct serving of meat is the size of a deck of cards. Examples of correct servings for carbohydrates: 3 table spoons of rice, potatoes or beans, a slice of bread. Instead, you can eat as many vegetables as you like.
